Delivery Areas

We deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Some remote locations (such as the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and certain Northern Ireland postcodes) may require slightly longer delivery times or have limited courier service availability. Any such restrictions or additional charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packing.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery within 3-5 working days (including processing time)

During peak shopping periods (such as Christmas or Bank Holidays) or in the case of severe weather or courier disruptions, delivery may take longer.

Shipping Costs

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. We do not currently offer express delivery services. All mandatory charges (including delivery charges and taxes) are disclosed in advance, before you confirm your order, in accordance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. There are no hidden fees. No additional duties or taxes are payable on delivery (DDP).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier, and most services will show an estimated delivery date and delivery status in real time.

Delays & Issues

We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes. However, in rare cases, external factors such as courier delays, extreme weather, or high seasonal demand may cause delivery to take longer.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at sac@brackford.co.uk so we can investigate promptly with the courier.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund (including standard delivery costs) if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe or within 30 days, unless a longer period was agreed at the time of purchase.
